Our aim is to use as many local ingredients as possible.

Below is a list of our ingredients and their origin.

Sugar: UK sugar from sugar beet grown in East Anglia.

Milk: Organic Milk from Bruton, Somerset.

Butter: Farmhouse Butter from Bruton, Somerset.

Honey: from Southwick, Wiltshire

Apple Juice:  from Martock, Somerset.

Apple Liqueur: from Martock, Somerset.

Apple pieces:  sourced from Taunton, Somerset.  We then dry the apples ourselves.

Walnuts: from Shepton Mallet, Somerset.  We then roast them ourselves.
